Welcome to SWMO Outdoor Adventures. By booking a class, tour, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Participation Requirements

Participants must be in reasonable physical condition to participate in outdoor activities such as rappelling. All participants must follow instructions provided by the instructors at all times.

Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present and must have a signed waiver.

SWMO Outdoor Adventures reserves the right to deny participation if a participant appears unsafe to themselves or others.

Assumption of Risk

Outdoor adventure activities involve inherent risks including but not limited to slips, falls, equipment failure, and natural hazards.

By participating in our activities, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Participants will be required to sign a liability waiver prior to participation.

Bookings and Payments

Payment is required to secure your reservation. Your booking is not guaranteed until payment has been received.

Class sizes may be limited to ensure safety and a quality experience.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that unexpected things can happen that may prevent you from attending your scheduled class.

If you notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled class, you may:

  • Transfer your registration to another class within the same calendar year

  • Receive a full refund

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.

Failure to attend without prior notice may result in no refund.

Weather Conditions

Outdoor activities are dependent on weather conditions. SWMO Outdoor Adventures reserves the right to reschedule classes due to unsafe weather conditions. If this occurs, participants will be offered a rescheduled date.

Media Release

By participating in our activities, you agree that photos or videos taken during the class may be used for promotional purposes, including social media, marketing materials, and our website, unless you notify us otherwise in writing.
