Frequently Asked Questions

  • No experience is required. Our Introduction to Rappelling class is designed for beginners. We will teach you everything you need to know, including knots, equipment, and safety procedures before going to the cliff.

  • Participants must be at least 12 years old to join the class. Anyone under 18 must have a parent or guardian present and a signed waiver.

    We can do private classes with children who are at least the age of 10..

  • The class begins at 8:30 AM and usually lasts till 3 or 4, depending on group size and how many rappels each person wants to complete. General we continue until your done.

  • Wear comfortable outdoor clothing and closed-toe shoes or hiking shoes. Avoid sandals or loose footwear.

  • You won’t be alone. Several who have taken this class are afraid of heights and have enjoyed the class. Many participants discover that rappelling is much less intimidating once they learn the proper techniques.

  • Unfortunately this happens. When will keep updates through email and Social media. If it going to be raining we can post-pone to the following scheduled class or we can try to reschedule it for a time as soon as we can schedule it.

    Rare but there have been times we have to reschedule do the mud around the cliff for safety reasons.

  • No. All rappelling gear is provided, including ropes, helmets, harnesses, and safety equipment.

    If you have equipment, you can bring it let one of us inspect it for safety.
